I'm trying to build celestia from latest cvs.
Which versions of autoconf and automake are necessary?
How to use them?

Could'n compile source of 1.2.4. with gcc 3.2.1.

What about entering 'autoconf' into the Search facility of this forum. I can tell you that autoconf-2.52/automake-1.5 works with CVS. However, right now there is a CRASH problem under Linux that is not yet solved...But you may retrieve a somewhat earlier version by means of the parameter -D "2002-11-22", for example. This works fine.
