Betelgeuse (ALF Ori) is more distant than in Celestia

Recent parallax measurements by the VLA have determined that Betelgeuse is 197 +/- 45 parsecs from us, more distant than the Revised Hipparcos value of 131+/- 30 parsecs which is used by Celestia. Presumably it would be appropriate to include this new value in revised.stc
