I was tring to make a SSC file but I don't know how to make because I try right click and go to new but no SSC on it.

As I don't understand at all your question, I cannot help right away.
Now I think you should consider searching in the forum some info and reading all the FAQs and others useful docs that you can find in the different stickies here and there.

I mean how do you make a SSC file.The one that makes planets and moons.

I think the answer is easy, dinodude.
Right click and create a Text File (yes, this one with TXT extension). When the file's name will be flashing to input it, change the extension to SSC and everything should be right.

I made a text file but it doesn't flash at all.What OS do you use.

dinodude, not to be rude, but before trying out Celestia (some facets of the soft are not so easy to deal with), you should perhaps go in any Microsoft forum to find help about Windows...
What os were you using before Windows?
Do you know what is a dedicated/native format?

First step is to make sure Windows Explorer shows you the file extensions for ALL files, otherwise you can easily get confused.

SO.

Open up an Explorer window and go to the Tools menu. Select Folder Options.

You then get a dialog box with three tabs. Choose the View tab. You will see a list of checkboxes. One of these is called "Hide extensions for known file types". This is supposed to make the operating system friendly for users who don't want to deal with nasty computer stuff. It is also a pain in the backside if you are doing any kind of development work (including making ssc files). So turn the checkbox off. Then click "Apply to all folders".

To create an ssc file you could open a text editor (go to the Start Menu, look under Programs>Accessories and click on Notepad), then save the file with a name ending .ssc

You will need to put quotes around the filename to prevent Notepad from being "helpful" and automatically sticking .txt on the end, so in the Save As box you will need to type "example.ssc" to save the file as example.ssc rather than example.ssc.txt (which won't work with Celestia).

Chaos, before this step by step, what about explaining what is the .ssc format? I suppose dinodude would be pleased to understand why he must proceed this way, no?

So, dinodude, the .ssc format is one of the dedicated/native format used by Celestia this mean that you won't find any info about this format in the classic helps of any os. Windows don't gives you the opportunity to create such a file from it's default conceptual menu simply because Windows just don't recognize this format. This will be the same under any other os.

Concerning the definitions inside the .ssc format, you will find all necessary info digging in the first sticky in the User forum.

I already made a ssc.file but here's a problem I using a texture from some add-on and put it as a alteritive texture on a planet but when I right click and do the stuff to get it.All i find is a blank purple planet.Why is it happening.

You are doing something wrong.

Before creating any .ssc, you should try to "analyze" and existing working addon similar to what you want to do.

I checked but there is nothing i'm looking for in there.I trying to put a waterworld texture on gliese 581 c.

Did had these texture the same name?

So you have read all of Selden's pages, all the FAQs, the guide and search the forum and there is nothing about applying and alternative surface on a planet?

let me just point out that there is a host of excellent documentation about Celestia and notably also about it's various data files like .ssc etc.

Do you think it is appropriate to ignore this easily retrievable documentation effort and instead to lazily ask the people in this forum to spend their time rewriting the same old basic stuff, specially for you??

Celestia is a highly complex space simulation software. Without studying the documentation carefully yourself, you will miss most of the great features that Celestia offers!

I am not at all irritated, but what do you guys think why we spent all this effort to provide a detailed documentation for Celestia??
