New Systems Afoot

Post #1by Ryan Springler » 10.10.2002, 01:34

Well, after getting used to GIMP over a few weeks' free time I am finally able to post my first system. It should be over at Bruckner's site once he updates it.... it has a few interesting items such as co-orbital planets, despun worlds, and whatnot that one would definitely not see in an unpopulated system. Civilization type K II, possibly?

and this is but a prerelease: hopefully, there is more to come.

Oops- my email server isn't exactly complying right now. I have, howver, placed the file up for download on my site. The bandwidth is below average, but it'll have to do.

Nice..Well done on the coding...I still have problems getting the damn planets where I want them lol...I like how you did the ring of moons around Inaudax ...though the mammon moons come up white without a texture...Reason is Darky.jpg is 1440 x 720...textures need to be powers of 64...64x 128, 128 x 256, 256 x 512 etc...

Great job though!
I'm trying to teach the cavemen how to play scrabble, its uphill work. The only word they know is Uhh and they dont know how to spell it!
