Double precision for SampledOrbit

Hi all.
Is there something new about that? (Nothing appears in CVS I guess)
I need this double precision for spacecraft formation flight. (spacecraft have to be relatively located with millimeter precision)
Now, I'm using this (in SampledOrbit.cpp)
