Since there is a search in progress about a bug tracker I would like to suggest this one:

It should have the advantage that should be hosted directly on shatters.net.

It looks like it's got more features than the SourceForge tracker, but I'm trying to avoid using tools that I'd have to host on shatters.net. The setup, maintenance, and backup just takes up too much of my time. I'd rather let someone else host it.

I didn't see any sort of integration with Subversion--but maybe it's there? It would be nice if the bug tracking system could associate bugs with Subversion changelists.

It has CVS integration but only if runs on the same server and seems that have problems.

Scmbug promises integration with all the version control software:
