Update For Current Patches

Hey there....

I've been out of the loop for a while - though I have poked my head in from time-to-time enough to know there are several patches out there that people are enjoying that are not on CVS.

It's hard to tell from reading posts what is current and what has fallen by the wayside.

Anyone out there who's been paying close attention happen to know what patches there are that you'd like to see in any OS X prerelease builds?
