Cassini suggests some changes

Did you look at the latest Cassini's image of Saturn?

If you try to get an image like that with Celestia you can easily see that the shadows of rings over the Saturn's body is quite lighter in Celestia than in the Cassini's picture.
Probabily you have to enhance the rings opacity to get Celestia's picture more realistic.

The ring shadows have been made much darker in Celestia v1.3.2pre7.

Ryan,

Sorry: your card doesn't support some of the necessary OpenGL functionality. My understanding is that the missing routine, which isn't supported by Nvida's MX or by their older chipsets, is ARB_texture_border_clamp

A list of the OpenGL routines supported by your graphics card is provided by Celestia's Help menu.

Got it ;) thanks anyway
