What do you think of these new textures for the stars in Celestia?

I'm trying to teach the cavemen how to play scrabble, its uphill work. The only word they know is Uhh and they dont know how to spell it!

Hi,
good work. They definately look better than the current ones.
Btw.: How about using a 2 layer model for the 3D stars? One lower surface and one translucent upper layer. Two diff rot. periods will make this never look the same.

Im not too satisfied with the astar texture...F class stars share that texture so I had to give it a bit of yellow to look decent...no matter...here they are...

I think you all know to copy the files directly to //Celestia/textures/medres
Also you might want to backup your original textures just in case...
