Composition:

• Cities_capitals = 240 locs.
• world_locations =31022 + 95747 locs.
• 16-Earth_History_VA = 102 locs.
• 17-Earth_TA_Countries = 251 locs.
• 18-Earth_Observatory = 42 locs.
• 19-Earth_LF_Cosmodromes = 32 locs.

Update base of the location of Earth (part 3):
1. Unpack the file 16-Earth_history_VA_locs_09-03-2018.zip
2. Copy files to a folder /16-Earth_History_VA
3. Give permission to replace files

Statistics:

There were locations: 16-Earth_History_VA = 102 locs.
It became the location: 16-Earth_History_VA = 102-10+81=173 locs.
