As far as I know, this is the highest resolution Arrokoth model that exists. It's the model that's included in Celestia Origin and Project Echoes.

The most recent Arrokoth shape model I know of is from Spencer et al. (2020). The files themselves can be downloaded at this data archive (more specifically, shape_models.zip) provided by the main author of that paper.

Since Askaniy's texture (which is used in both Origin and Echoes) was made from an image projection onto the preliminary shape model of Stern et al. (2019) which is linked above, the texture might not fit the newer model in the most satisfying way.

Model converted to cmod attached. This model has more polygons, but doesn't really look too different from the old one. Update March 3: model replaced with fixed version by pedro_jg. No clue what was wrong with the original one.

that model needs to be a bit flatter expeccily th bigger side (look at the 3d asteroid catalogue model

Spencer et al. (2020) modelled Arrokoth and found that Arrokoth is probably not as flat as originally expected, hence why this model is not as flat. The one at the 3d asteroid catalogue is outdated.
