why is the textures on the objects with cmod files dissapering

so 2 days ago i got a iapetus cmod from a another thread and it worked :smile:

but now today the texture is dissapering
but the model loads
it now looks like a "ghost moon"

can somwon help me fix this ishue pls
i didnt modify the coad or cmod file for iapetus
(sorry about spelling errors)

hmm very strange, we need people like Seven or Lafuente to sort this out

I don't have an answer (or this bug), and I doubt Lafuente will either since he only does black holes...

We need people like Selden to sort this out.

i can not tell from the screenshot


but there is a bug that elongates the cmod and causes it to disappear , intermittently, on mouse movement
-- it is a nvidia bug --

and also jujuapapa you dont have the iapetus cmod file so thats why your not seing the bug mayby

No I confirm, I have Iapetus cmod file on 1.6.2

This is a common problem on weak graphics cards. Try decreasing texture's resolution.

ah it worked fine for the first 2 days i had it then it started doing that stuff and i didnt change the grephics
