converting from other formats

hi , i hope my question is not that inappropriate
I've found a site where someone has provided a handful of spaceships;
The files contain two versions (Cinema 4D R10-5 and FBX) inclusive textures.

Is anyone able and willing to convert those for Celestia ?
in fact i'm only interested in 2 of them:

Your question is appropriate and I have converted them to cmod (binary) for you

Did you manage to show them up ? any hints how to proceed?

The HYDRA-cmod is almost empty (229 bytes).
Could it be that the 2 models had been merged in one cmod-file ?
I have no idea how to analyze this.
