Easiest way to remove Earth and ISS?

Hello.

I have a few simple questions: I want to follow the orbit of the ISS, BUT I do not want the models or the Earth or of the ISS to be visible. Is there a simple way to remove the visible models while still maintaining all the stored information?

Also, is there a simple way to set the Speed Increase to a specific setting instead of just 10x each time?
