When one toggles from window mode to full screen mode and then back to window mode again, the menus have disappeared. In other words, typing Alt-Enter twice results in no menus on the window.
This happens under the following versions of Windows: XP Pro, 2000 Pro, Me and W98SE. I didn't test NT, 98 or 95.
Hardware config: 500 MHz P3, 256MB, GeForce Ti4200 128MB. at 1280x1024.

This is my highest-priority bug right now . . . There will definitely be a fix for it in the next prerelease.
