Label features in locations dialog on Windows stops working

Post #1by stuporglue » 26.12.2005, 18:47

Using Celestia 1.4.0 on Windows XP Home with SP 2.
Nvidia GeForce FX 5200

I did a cursory search of the forums for this bug, but didn't find it, however I'm pretty new to Celestia, so maybe this has been covered. If it has, I appologize.

This regards the Minimum Labeled Feature Size slider in the Locations settings window founder under the Render menu on the Windows version of Celestia.
The Minimum Labeled Feature Size slider only works if you click the slider handle, however the slider handle moves if you click the slide track.

Examples/screenshots:

You can see in 1.jpg that the slider value box reads "1", and lots of cities are shown, however the slider handle is roughly in the "100" position.

From 1.jpg, I clicked the slider handle. At this point, the value of where the slider is correctly written to the slider value box and the display is updated too.

Thanks,
Michael Moore
