My computer : "AMD Athlon 1800+" - 512 Mbytes RAM - Windows XP Home version with SP2 - Graphic card : "ATI Radeon 7500 with 64 Mbytes memory" . I have downloaded "celestia-win32-1.3.2" then installed it without problems. Before that, I uninstalled previous version.
When I launch Celestia.exe (double-click on Celestia icon), nothing happens! No error message is issued!
If I look at Task manager board while starting Celestia, the Celestia process appears in the list for 2 seconds, then disappears!
Can you help me?
Celestia 1.3.2 does not start
I suspect your graphics drivers may be out of date.
Celestia v1.3.2 uses additional OpenGL functions, which may be buggy in the drivers that you currently have installed.
Also, try disabling the vertex shading routines.
For details, please read the first several Q/As in the "Preliminary User's FAQ" which is one of the "sticky" postings near the top of the Celestia Users Forum.

I'm assuming you have no addons installed. If you do have Addons, move them somewhere else, out of the Celestia directory.
It's easy to make typographical errors in catalogs that can cause Celestia to fail, although the errors I make usually send Celestia into a CPU bound loop but not drawing anything.
