v1.4.0 pre4: cloud bug in Render Path OGL2

Sometimes it seems like playing "Whack-a-Mole" :)
Fix one bug and another pops up...

Here's a picture of Prometheus with clouds. The shadow of the rings is projected on the planetary surface under the clouds!

I was wondering when someone would find this bug :)

Cloud layers are yet rendered with the OpenGL 2.0 shaders; I'll have a fix tonight.
