Spaceflight bug?

I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, it might be a feature, but I sure can't turn it off once it's on... :?

I'm running 1.2.1, I'm not sure what triggers this bug, it occurs sometime during spaceflight whilst only using the spaceflight controls, and possibly centering/following, I haven't been able to tell.
Anyway, what happens is the direction of flight becomes locked to the camera direction and can't be unlocked. Sounds simple but it makes scenic flybys impossible, which I find really annoying because at least 50% of my time in Celestia is spent doing just that.

Anyway, if this is actually some sort of intentional spaceflight mode, I'd like to know...

Has anyone else encountered this bug? I find it happens around every third time I run Celestia (never happened to me before 1.2.0). If they have, was it annoying? I was just wondering... mainly because I find it quite annoying...

I think that you may have accidentally hit the 'T' key to enable tracking mode. This locks the camera on a particular object. If tracking mode is enabled, it will be indicated in the lower left corner of the window. You can press T again or press the ESC key to turn it off.

It's not tracking - tracking doesn't seem to change the direction of flight, whereas this bug does - it locks it to wherever the camera is facing.
Despite how often this bug occurs for me, I have found it very difficult to deliberately reproduce it. Perhaps it's a matter of timing, possibly it occurs only if 'A','Z' or 'X' are pressed at the exact moment some camera motion is initiated - or something along those lines... *shrug*
