Doesn't save options on exit under Linux

When you change settings and close the program, then open it again, the settings are the default ones. They doesn't get saved.

In the Windows version it doesn't happen. I have found this problem in two different machines, one running Debian and the other running Gentoo.

Which version? GLUT, Gnome/GTK or KDE?

At least the KDE version should save its settings, if it doesn't it's a packaging issue and you should report it the packager.

Hey anonymous ghost,

there are three different Linux versions of Celestia:

-- KDE
-- gnome
-- gtk2

The KDE and gnome versions do save the settings automatically. Why did you refrain to tell us which of the three versions you were using??

Bye Fridger

It looks like there's an echo here.
