Win 1.3.1 p11 - Video Recording Bug - Moving Camera
When attempting to record a video in Celestia AND use the flight controls to maneuver the camera slightly, the controls are 200x to 400x as sensitive as "normal", making this IMPOSSIBLE to do. Even at 15 or 24 FPS.
