Incomplete textures for stars?

If I move to outer stars I can just see the texture if I move 180° around.
e.g. HD38531/HIP27241. Can anybody help me?

I saw something similar... stars are visible only after I move the view. What's happening?

I'm looking into this . . . I believe that it's a culling problem.
