.cel scripts

When either of the two existing .cel script commands are used to set the Ambient Light level (set{name"AmbientLightLevel"} or setambientlight{}), the UI's Menu / Render / Ambient Light setting is not updated.

This is part of a more general problem where the UI does not get updated when scripts execute. Fixing this is on my to do list . . .
