I'm can't build Celestia130 (Win32 VC.NET)

LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'ijgjpeg.lib'

where get 'ijgjpeg.lib' ?

Same here - no ijgjpeg.cpp also with jpeg source.
