1.3.1p3-clouds & MS's dxtex tool

Celestia(1.3.1p3) crashes with cloud textures made with MicroSoft's
dxtex (4.9.0.900).exe tool
BUT works fine when i use dxtex(4.7.0.700).exe to make the clouds
