Celestia v1.3.1p3: README.txt is obsolete

1) README.txt does not yet say (c) 2003
2) The Windows installation instructions are wrong
(e.g. they refer to setup.exe instead of celestia-win-whatever.exe)
3) hdnames.dat is mentioned in the "Hacking" sectipn. I dunno what that is.
4) it also says that only jpeg and bmp formats are supported. PNG and DDS should be added.
