(FORUM) Problems with autorization and making attachments

It seems that antispam slows down the site too much for some users.
Art Blos has problems with authorization and creation of attachments.
It looks like the scripts are not fully loaded. VPN has no effect, the provider is Rostelecom.

Jokes aside, the problem persists. I only manage to get to the forum occasionally. And Lepestronik is now having the same problems.

I don't experience any problems. Maybe a local and persistent (centralized) internet problem?
