Celestia v1.3.0: Windows Menu bug

The menus of the Windows version of Celestia v1.3.0 final have lost the border images again. For a while, the 1.3 prereleases had an appropriate graphc image along the left edge of each of the menus. They don't anymore.
(clarification added later:
I don't mean the icons for the individual menu items: they're fine.
There was a single image the whole length of the menu that's missing now.)
