split the screen once horizontally, click and drag the divider bar all the way to the top, and you will see a very weird effect. the screen goes black and all you see is stars popping up in random places, appearing and dissappearing at random times . very odd... and when you drag the bar back to the middle (assuming u didn't let go) everything goes back to normal.

Thanks for the bug report, I'm going to add a minimal window size under which you can't resize or split the view.
