I downloaded this addon Chandor Chasma 3D and it doesn't work with Celestia

I have the newest version of Celestia, 1.6.1

Is it someone who can tell me why it doesn't working?

Unfortunately, its SSC file was written for Celestia v1.4.1 and needs to be rewritten for v1.6.1.
