Celestia v1.6.0 rc2: encoded hyphen in solarsys.ssc

solarsys.ssc includes an encoded hyphen in one of the new comment lines. That may be causing problems for some text editors. It should be replaced by an ASCII minus sign.

Specifically, the line which looks like

is displayed by Windows fc as containing 3 graphic characters between the 309 and the 315:
