Try putting this file in the Celestia folder.

Don't you have these files in your Celestia folder. Did you delete them?
They are part of the installed Celestia.

Works now thanks. :)
The question is why was it suddenly showing missing .dll files? I've never come across this problem before.

No they are not in the celestia folder and I have never had these error messages before. I can put the previous SVN exe back in and it works fine. It's ONLY with 4565 that it did this.

This is strange. I thought they were needed. If you didn't have the dll files, Celestia should not have worked.

Just to make sure I wasn't crazy I again downloaded celestia 1.5.1 and installed it. This is what the folder looks like

It works perfectly fine. I put in SVN 4560 and it works perfectly fine. Only when I put in SVN 4565 does it say those two .dll files are missing and it won't load.

I did build that version differently. I guess they were needed. I always had them so I didn't notice.

I found two more problems.

The first problem is I can't take a screen shot in celestia anymore. I hit F10, name the shot and then hit enter and celestia crashes with no error message. So now I have to use something else to make screenshots with.

The second problem is some planets now look utterly different.

Here is a planet as it looks in SVN 4560

I updated my new web site with svn4580. My old site is off line. It doesn't really have any code changes from 4565 but I built it with the c++2008 gui like I did most of the other builds. If this doesn't work, you must have messed something up on your end.

The 4580 build works perfect. I don't need those extra .dll files, I can take screen shots again and the planets look normal. :)
