Moon Saturn & Mimas glitching Ver 1.4.1

Hi
Second Bug I'd like to report also on my laptop - incidentally this has only appeared since I installed ATI Catalyst Control Centre Ver. 8.2 ( apart from teh saturn thing, but I've seen that on oher machines and a couple of other versions of Celestia)
The machine is an Asus F3Jr AP0 84C with upgraded Core 2 Duo T7600 CPU
2 gig of RAM and comes fitted with ATI mobile Radeon X2300 graphics. Apart from Celestia being a beautiful space simulation I also use it to test the graphical capabilities of the machines I repair or upgrade.
AS part of the rebuild on this system I put in teh latest CCC ver 8.2 and noticedat teh moon section of teh demo tour that there is an ugly broken line running through the moon from just south of the equator which then diverts at an angle of approx 45 degrees. When leaving the moon, the moon actually splits apart, very ugly. when arriving at Saturn the planet 'stalls' - it seems to be missing a few frames as it zooms in to Saturn, the Zoom is far from smooth. The next problem comes at Mimas where there are flashing zones of white emanating from the moon into the surrounding space, the screen also appears to flash with white patches that centre in Mimas, but radiate out from there right to the edge of the screen. As with the other bug I've reported, This happens both with Catalyst Control Centre Ver 8.2 and the Omega Radeon Driver. Here's a link to the Omega Drivers site if it's any help, but I'm guessing you're already familiar with them http://www.omegadrivers.net/
Hope these glitches get fixed as I really enjoy touring space with Celestia
the new version works just fine in my desktop system!

PS just installed Catalyst Control Centre Ver 8.1 and the problm with the Moon has cleared up, but Mimas is still pretty bad as before

Does this problem occur in version 1.5.0 as well? If it's only present in 1.4.1, then the fix is to upgrade to 1.5.0 :) But if you do see it in 1.5.0, please post a screen shot so I can see what's going on.

I would like to upgrade to V 1.5.0 but I get no stars at all on my laptop with this version -see the bug report I put in last night - hence I uninstalled the later version and reverted to 1.4.1
I've tried 3 different drivers for my graphics processor -
ATI CCC V 8.1 and 8.2 and the latest iteration of the Omega Radeon driver too. It glitches in all of them but I notice not quite as badly in V 8.1
