First of all,now the pulsar is PSR 1620B-26 A and not B:

Look how this pulsar is,with yellowish starspots.Because of this confusion, there is no planet at all.Although,it says that planetary companions are present.
My guess is that Celestia change the stars and because the planets were attributed to PSR 1620B-26B,a pulsar,it can??t find the planets, specially d.
I am using Celestia 1.5.0 pre5

All is as it should be in my clean version of 1.5.0pre5.
The system is called PSR 1620-26 or PSR B1620-26 or PSR J1623-2631. This label is attached to the barycentre.
The neutron star is PSR 1620-26 A or PSR B1620-26 A or PSR J1623-2631 A.
The white dwarf is WD J1623-266 or PSR 1620-26 B or PSR B1620-26 B or PSR J1623-2631 B.
The single planet, b, orbits the barycentre of the system.

I don't know why your texture looks the way it does.
