Methinks you have other problems with drivers, ambient light, etc...
Doesn't look anything like that on my system. Maybe I can upload
a shot here... Let me see.

The volcano in your shot is on the dark side of Io and it seems you have ambient light turned on. The volcano models are not emissive. In other words, the don't glow blue and must be hit by sunlight to do so. My suggestion would be to turn off ambient light. you will not see the volcanoes at all when Io is in shadow. I am thinking about adding on a bit more so you will see the hot spots on the dark side, but alas that will take time...
