Does Celestia still use a year 0 rather than jumping from 1 BC to 1 AD?

Celestia uses the astronomical year numbering which conventionaly defines year 0 as year 1 BC.

Also note that the big-endian date/time notation used by Celestia follows the ISO 8601 standard which also uses a year 0 to represent year 1 BC.
