FOV not correct

This bug is probably an old one, but I found it in the CVS of 19 Sept'06:

Somehow I managed to get this FOV indication:

where it should read: 32.00.00 '0 ofcourse.

There is another thing: I noticed that the FOV is based on the
vertical size (height) of the image, I think it would be better
that the FOV be a value based on the horizontal width,
especially nowadays , when there are more and more LCD screens with
"wide" aspect ratio's .

Well, I don't see any error here. 31?°59'60" is exactly equal to 32?°. I agree that 32?° is better looking, however.

It's the equivalent, but it's not the correct way to write it. We don't say that (for example) Midnight is at 11:59 and 60 seconds after all - we say it's at 12:00:00.
