I only try to run the Earth Tour and when I click on Earth to change the texture(from Normal to Blue Marble DDS),Celestia crashes.Even out of the tour,Celestia crashes. My video card is working fine and my driver is updated. The only thing I did is to install another installment of Celestia:Celestia 1.3.1-1 in C partition. My Celestia 1.4.1 is in D partition. What??s happening?
This only happens in Celestia 1.4.1.Nothing similar happen on Celestia 1.3.1-1.When I click in a planet,Celestia runs without problem...
Suddenly,Celestia crashes
It is not the same thing. The freezing issue happens mainly with scripts and have been here for a while;the screen went blank, but after about 30 seconds, things resume, very slowly. But this thing happened suddenly without warning and I am forced to shut down Celestia.Should I reinstall it again?

Have you heard about the netiquette?
Are you running another 3D program at the same time?
About half the time when I'm using Anim8or and try to run Celestia at the same time to look at the model I've been working on, Celestia will run very slowly -- several seconds per frame. Could you be seeing a similar problem?
Exactly what temperature is your graphics card running at when you see this problem?

Nope,I am not running any other 3D program.Only maybe the BOINC is running in the background as a screen saver.I will check the temperatures...
