CVS does not compile

Chris:

in celestiacore.cpp, there is a left-over "printf("Middle button!\n");" statement in line 319 that produces an error.

Since I can't reach you anymore by email, it seems I have to use this platform ....

Oops . . . I checked in a fix.

I'm trying to figure out what the problem is with my mail machine . . . I'm still getting a lot of mail, so it's not a complete disruption. But something is definitely screwy with it . . .
