1.2.4 Crashes when I select the Open Script option (Help)

1.2.4 Crashes when I select the Open Script option before I even get a file browser or anything it just freezes solid and takes a CTL-ALT-DEl to get past it.
Windows 2k
ATI all-in-wonder pro
Pentium 3 450

Is it possible that i am missing some Jave component or something?

Maybe the setup file you have it corrupt. Try re-downloading the setup file and then reinstalling it.
