Bug in ISS solar panels

I don?t know if someone mentioned it,but the ISS solar panels(and the rovers panels, too) are flickering.Lines shine and die out, like a kind of static. It?s very weird. Is it a bug or only a difficult in representing solar glare in meshes?

It's a problem with the model. There are extra triangles in the solar panels that need to be removed. The flickering is caused by depth buffer precision errors, because the extra triangles are exactly coincident with the panels.
