Switching Mars Clouds on/off causes Phobos/Deimos to become emissive/normal as long as Mars is in view.

Sorry, the above was much too general.
It happens only with jestrs moon models (Phobos, Deimos Thetis, Mimas, ...), and only if 'OpenGL vertex program' is part of the render path. It has nothing to do with clouds, but the emissive/normal is constantly changing while orbiting a moon.
The drivers are NVIDIA 53.03
The card is GF4 MX 440
