Bookmark FOlders 1.3.1 p5-11

Using Windows 2000 and XP Bookmark folders don't work. I.e. After creating a folder and and using the "organize bookmarks" to drag an existing bookmark to the folder is apparently the same as dragging the existing bookmark to the trash. The bookmark is totally gone after exiting and resuming Celestia, though the folder is there. Manually editing the
favorites.cel and assinging an existing bookmark to the folder also doesn't appear tp work.

Work-a-round or fix would be appreciated. I suspect a code error in the menu script.
