G_Force 4 MX 440 Troobles

Hi peep,
I just boutgh a G_Force 4 MX 440 and got really siaapointed.I had troubles since begining,just I got the card into my pc,windows crachsd out,then,when all did seems like was fine,begun to got frezze,or the machine begun to reboot.I reboot it several times and try to configure the Bios,but I had the same problem once,and once again.Seems like when I have the video card,my pc just got frezze every 1 minute,and is so frustranting,how can I fix this trouble?I should update my Bios?This is my hardware if hel u in something:
AMD Athlon XP 1500+
MOBO GigaByte AMIINT-10,08/29/02

I am using my oldy TNT2 by the moment and goes fine,plz,any help is very welcome.

This doesn't sound very good at all.

It may be that you have a faulty card.
as it should not be crashing out like that at all.
Try getting a replacment.
