* Select an object
* Activate Follow, Chase, Lock, and/or Track
* Press Enter to activate Object Entry mode
* Type a couple of characters
* Press ESC to Exit object entry mode
Notice that the mode(s) you had active are now cancelled as well as the object entry.
IMHO, when the ESC key is pressed, Celestia should check if Object Entry mode is active. If yes, then cancel ONLY Object Entry mode and do not perform the "normal" ESC cancel process.
