MAC OX Bug

I downloaded this sweet program and tried to even start the program and nothing happens. Am i missing something here? I am very confused!!
I simply double click on the program and nothing occurs.

What version of Celestia for MacOS X did you download?

Did you properly install the CelestiaResources?

I downloaded 1.3.0 for Mac OX. I unstuffed it and it looked all good. I have all the files needed. So i double click on the application and it seems to open but nothing happens. No window opens up, nothing.

Then i downloaded an older version 1.2.5 and it works wonderfully. However, its an alpha version and there is limited stuff that i can do.

Am I installing 1.3.0 wrong? It seems like it was done right, but obviously it isnt working.

Have you installed the configuration files correctly in your '~/Library/Application Support/CelestiaResources' directory?

You might look to see if there is a file '~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Celestia.crash.log'. Or try running Celestia from a Terminal window and see what messages are produced.

Please also bear in mind that Celestia takes a pretty long time to load on an older Mac (on my G4-400 with lot of add-ons about a minute!).
