Orbits problem
Hello, please I like to know why the orbit line just pass behind the bodies. Sorry, my english is poor.
Howdy Celestia Team,
I just noticed this also, in ver 1.3.1.pre-6 and will elaborate...
* Render orbits is ON
* Camera position: Viewing an object (planet) that has orbiting bodies (moons, spacecraft, etc.)
* Viewpoint is where you would expect to see orbit lines drawn across the surface of the object you are viewing (planet, sun, etc.).
All you see is the orbiting object itself being drawn in front of (across the surface of) the planet. It's orbit line is not being drawn in front of the planet. The planet obscures (is drawn over) the orbit lines that are between the camera and the planet.
When Right-Click-Drag is used to change the perspective, the foreground orbit lines appear as soon as they are moved away from the planet.
Hope this helps to locate and fix it (smile)!.
