Il mio problema ? il seguente:

Ho installato i seguenti files: (i have installed):

Eccentrics.ssc...................................extras
Eccentrics orbit.ssc........................... extras
Geostationary.ssc............................. extras
Geostationary full.ssc........................ extras
Geostationary full orbit.ssc................ extras
Geostationary orbit.ssc......................extras
irid.jpg..............................................textures\medres
sat_01.jpg.........................................textures\medres
sat_03.jpg.........................................textures\medres
sat_04.jpg.........................................textures\medres
satellite.3ds.......................................models

But, when i go near to the Earth, go to crash!

Can I to do?

maybe your computer is being overloaded, before going to earth, press 'r' a few times to switch to the lowest possible resolution texture.

Nothing! :cry: probably there is too satellites around..... :?

Processor is my problem? (Athlon Tbird 1Ghz, 256ram & Geforce 1)

GeForce 1?

Be sure you have the latest drivers. Older versions of the drivers don't work very well with Celestia. v41.09 provides OpenGL V1.4 and is freely downloadable from http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Unfortunately, it's a 13.5MB download.

Procedure: download new drivers, set a "recovery" point, use "add/remove programs" to delete the old ones, reboot, install new drivers, reboot, then configure screen.

ciao, probabilmente hai poca ram...
(you have less ram...)

io ho un PIII con 384 Mb di ram e W98SE
una scheda video nvidia tnt 64 pro da 32Mb con i drivers 40.72 (40.xx)
e le openGL 1.4

non va in crash ma rallenta tantissimo, perch? i satelliti da gestire sono parecchi.
(the program don't crash but is slooooooow, because the satellites are more..)

ti consiglio un programma che si chiama ram Xtrem, che deframmenta la ram, o anche ram idle.
(you can try to deframmenting the ram, with Ram Xtrem or ram idle..)

Oppure non carichi il file fullxx.ssc..
( or you don't load the full file ssc...)

Ah bene (anzi, male) :? Vabb? pazienza tanto tra poco cambio pc con 1gb di ram e radeon 9700pro!! :o

Nel frattempo mi scarico uno di quei programmi che hai citato......
