Hello,
I have a shortcut to run Celestia on my Windows desktop.
So I have always the shaders.log file that come and disturbs the appearance of my screen.
And anyway I have nothing to do with this file.
I know that this is not a real bug but it is a little irritating.
Is it possible that this file appears in a more discreet place? Celestia directory, for example?

Agreed--this file needs to be moved. In fact, it's probably best if it's only written when Celestia is running in debug mode.

Hrm, I do the same, but haven't seen this behavior (using through HDR4632-celestia), maybe this is something with the newer releases. You may want to double-check the properties of the shortcut to ensure the "Start in:" field references your Celestia directory.

Hi,
This occurs when I launch a cel//url. As well from my web browser as from a link in a text editor.
No matter if Celestia is already running or not, the file is always send to the desktop.
You have here a lot of links to experiment that:

Ok. The shortcut seems to be for nothing in that.Kolano wrote:Hrm,
