Stars beyond the Local Group

Hello everyone. This thread will serve as a repository for addons of stars and other objects outside the Local Group, the small galaxy group which we are a part of. This will mainly be for subsequent addons made by me and Nussun, but anybody is welcome to contribute.

As you can imagine, there isn't that much information we can discern about stars which are so far away - at least several million light years away. So a lot of the missing information needed for Celestia addons will be filled in by assumptions and inferences, such as temperature, luminosity, etc.

NGC 6503 and KK 242

I'll start off with an addon for this pair of galaxies: NGC 6503, a very small spiral galaxy about as bright as the LMC, and its recently discovered dwarf satellite - KK 242 (also known as [KK98a] 242), an elongated dwarf galaxy transitioning between the irregular and elliptical galaxy type. Recently, a star-forming region was discovered in KK 242 and analysed, and several stars from that star-forming region are present in this addon.

NOTE: Read the Readme file! You have to go to your galaxies.dsc in the data folder of your Celestia install and delete the entry of NGC 6503 for this addon to work, or else you'll have two copies of NGC 6503
